Free shipping on orders of $75 or more applies only to products currently sold on www.imaginethatmakesit.com. This free shipping offer will also apply to phone orders of online products. It does not apply to orders outside of the contiguous United States or for custom orders. Enter coupon code “free shipping” at check out to receive free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Products will be shipped within 5 business days of order when in stock. Any damage occurring during shipment must be reported to Imagine That!! within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Additionally, the packaging must be kept intact as UPS may need to examine this in order to process the damage complaint.
Return Policy
Purchaser may return product(s) within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Purchaser will be refunded original purchase price upon receipt by Imagine That!! of the product(s) in original condition. All costs of shipping product(s) will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom products are not returnable.
